Cooking - Waffles
Ingredients
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
Cooking Tools
You need 3 bowls (one small and two medium sized) and a waffle iron.


Step 1
Sift dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder and salt) into a medium bowl. Mix them with a fork for a minute.
Step 2
Separate eggs whites into a small bowl and egg yolks into a second medium bowl (separate from dry components). Add milk and olive oil to egg yolks and mix them with a fork for a minute.
Step 3
Add mixed yolks, oil and milk to dry components and mix with a table spoon until all the lumps in the batter are gone.
Step 4
Beat egg whites in a small bowl with a clean fork or a mixer until they become foamy. Then add egg whites to other components and mix them with a spoon until all of the foam is wrapped into batter.
Step 5
Preheat your waffle iron (you may chose to apply a bit of oil on cooking surface before you heat it). When iron is hot you are ready to cook by adding 2-3 tablespoons of batter at one time.
